The Kapalong Council of Women, as one of the sections of Municipal Social Welfare Development Office (MSWDO) shall have the primary mission of promoting the general well-being of women to fulfill the rightful place in society. we are committed to provide high quality services, facilities economic and social development to our constituents, herby maximizing our resources as accountable stewards of the present and future generation.

Vision

To strengthening the Barangay Council of Womens Organization thru various activities and projects iniated by the Local Government Unit.

Mission

Promote the general well-being of women to fulfill the rightful place in society and assure the role in supporting the process of gearing up towards women total development.
