Goal

The program is designed to produce students who:

a) communicate proficiently both in Filipino and English language;

b) develop effective interpersonal skills;

c) produce substantive research outputs;

d) perform community-based programs and activities; and

e) Ensure genuine mastery on management administration and coordination.

Vision

The program envisions to equip its graduates with managerial expertise, able to address local and global demands on organization administration carrying the moral and ethical values of the college.

The program upholds to fasten quality assurance among its graduates thereby ensuring efficient and effective tool to substantiate the academic development of the college as well as to strengthen business and industry linkages.
