Mandate

Extension and on-site research services and facilities related to agriculture and fishery activities which include dispersal of livestock and poultry, fingerlings and other seedlings materials for agriculture, palay, corn, and vegetable farms, development distribution channels through peoples'/farmers organizations, inter-barangay irrigation system, water and soil resource utilization and conservation projects.

Vision

To become a well-developed Agro-Industrial Municipality with a sound environment advancing pro-active participatory governance with the constituents enjoying an improved quality of life, in a peaceful just stable dynamic and progressive community.

Mission

Uplifting the quality of life of the constituents by providing adequate basic social services and facilities and equitable economic and employment opportunities within a balanced ecology, through the active participation and close cooperation of Civil Society Organization (CSOs) and the community.
