Mandate

The KAPALONG COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, SCIENCES, AND TECHNOLOGY, is an institution accredited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) that upholds the policy of the state to protect and promote the right of all citizens at all levels thereby giving priority to education, science, and technology, arts, culture, and sports geared towards fostering patriotism and nationalism, accelerating social justice and promoting total liberation and development of its people, created by virtue of Municipal Ordinance No. 423 dated April 20, 2005 by Local Government of Kapalong, Davao del Norte, with  official  address  at  Barangay  Maniki,  Municipality of  Kapalong,  Davao del Norte,  Philippines

Vision

The Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences, and Technology shall be the premier community college pursuing leadership in peace, inclusivity, and diverse culture of the people contributing to national pride.
