The activity commenced with an orientation on ConsumerRightsandResponsibilities, andFairTradeLaws (FTLs), in observance of the Consumer Protection Division's (CPD's) annual ConsumerWelfareMonthofOctober. This session provided participants with understanding of their rights and responsibilities, equipping them to navigate the marketplace as a consumer.Then, followed by question-and-answer session, allowing participants to clarify their understanding of consumer rights and responsibilities, raising awareness of consumer protection within the community. This interactive highlighted the importance of consumer education in empowering individuals to make informed choices and advocate for their rights.Moreover, the Seminar on StrategicMarketingPlanningandMarketingProgramDevelopment. Participants gained an understanding of key marketing concepts, including the formulation of clear marketing objectives, the application of the SMART framework, and the significance of market segmentation and analysis. The session discussed the particulars of promotions and advertising, providing participants with examples and practical strategies to effectively reach their target audiences and sales.Lastly, the participants actively shared their existing promotional techniques, creating a valuable of knowledge and fostering collaboration among local businesses. This collective sharing of expertise generated an innovative ideas and strategies, setting an exciting and competitive business landscape in Kapalong.&nbsp;
