As part of Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management initiatives spearheaded by Hon. Maria Theresa R. Timbol,&nbsp;MDRRM Chairpeson together with Ms. Debbie E. Alilaya, MBA-MDRRM Officer, a comprehensive revitalization of TESS RESPONDERS' TRAINING was successfully conducted to Brgy. Gabuyan, Brgy.Tiburcia, Brgy. Semong and Brgy. Katipunan as a Flagship Disaster Preparedness program towards building a disaster resilient Municipality through Capacitating Barangay First Responders tagged as TESS Responders, exemplifying TESS as " Tinud-anay nga Ehemplo sa Saktong Serbisyo ".&nbsp;The activity continue to take steps in preparing the entire barangays to be proactive and resilient towards any possible calamities, emergencies and capacitate responders to respond to any untoward incidents through providing more knowledge and skills that would result to community safety of Kapalongians.The activity comprises the training modules below:&nbsp;1. FIRST RESPONDERS' ROLE TO CRIMES, Information Network and Peace Keeping - Kapalong Municipal Police Station2. FIRST RESPONDERS' ROLE to FIRE EMERGENCIES- BFP Kapalong&nbsp;3. INTRODUCTION TO FIRST AID and BASIC LIFE SUPPORT- Ms. Dypmhna T. Palapar r, RSW and Ms. Jaiasent G.
