The ALCUCOA Accreditors led by Dr. Imelda Soriano, Supervising Accreditor, Mayor Maria Theresa R. Timbol, Municipal Mayor, and the chairperson of the KCAST Board of Trustees, College President Dr. Rodrigo C. Licayan, Jr., members of the board of trustees, the institution's top management, faculty and staff, dignitaries, and students attended the welcome and opening ceremony.The accreditation process is expected to further enhance the quality of education and services offered by KCAST, solidifying its commitment to excellence in respective disciplines in agriculture, sciences, technology, business and governance, education, office management, and criminal justice. The college looks forward to receiving valuable feedback from the accreditors to continue improving and providing a better learning environment for its students.Hon. Maria Theresa R. Timbol, the Mayor of Kapalong and Chairperson of the KCAST Board of Trustees emphasized in her speech the local government unit's determination to establish a competent academic institution within the municipality as the flagship program of the Timbol-Timbol Administration for its constituents.“Amazingly, what is supposed to be the dream intended for the people of Kapalong has been extended to the nearby municipalities and cities. KCAST has successfully helped them become what and who they want—persons who will bring hope to their respected families," the mayor stated.After the accreditation process, KCAST is hopeful to reap the efforts and sacrifices they have sowed over the years.
