The youth having the best potential ages of learning become the focus of empowerment of essential skills and knowledge of DRRM through the initiative of Sanguniang Kabataan of Barangay Capungagan led by Hon. Jake Cabilogan, RCrim in collaboration with the MDRRMC through the full support of Hon. Ma. Theresa R. Timbol Municipal Mayor, MDRRM Office headed by Ms. Debbie E. Alilaya,MBA realized the hands-on activity on September 26, 2024. MDRRMO Administration and Training Section together with the Kapalong Rescue and Emergency Services as Resource Persons.
Engaging the learners of Baltazar Nicor Valenzuela National High School in discussion and in interactive activities, actual demonstration on bandaging, abdominal thrust maneuvering, and the immediate action response to common emergencies were the highlights of the resiliency-goal orientation. The activity ended with positive turnout of learning among learners during the articulation of impressions.
